Certain products or tools, such as NitroGPT, may have their own product-specific terms, privacy policies, or legal notices where applicable.

This Privacy Policy applies to personal information we collect when you use N8Solutions.host, n8solutions.host and its subdomains, including legacy N8 Solutions service areas used until migration is complete, account portals, billing systems, support systems, hosting services, domain services, web applications, installable website experiences, progressive web applications, mobile-friendly interfaces, and other N8 Solutions products and services.

Controller and Processor Roles

For personal data collected through N8 Solutions websites, account portals, billing systems, support systems, invoices, sales communications, marketing communications, and direct customer relationships, N8 Solutions generally acts as the controller of that personal data.

For personal data stored, transmitted, or processed by customers through their hosted websites, email accounts, databases, forms, CMS installations, plugins, extensions, scripts, custom code, ecommerce systems, and other hosted content, the customer is generally the controller and N8 Solutions acts as a processor, hosting provider, or infrastructure service provider.

Customers are responsible for determining whether and how they may collect, use, store, transfer, disclose, or otherwise process personal data through their own websites and services. Customers are also responsible for responding to privacy requests from their own website visitors, users, subscribers, customers, patients, clients, or members unless a separate written agreement with N8 Solutions states otherwise.
